Industrial screw conveyor is an Archimedian screw. Machine consisting of a screw inside a hollow pipe, contained within a tube and it is turned with the help of a motor in order to deliver material from one end of the conveyor to the other. This screw conveyor is suitable for transport of granular materials like plastic granules and cereal granules. Sometimes even transportation of liquids are done with its help.

Chain Conveyor is basically a convenient way for transporting bulk material from one location to another in horizontal inclined and Vertical position. In this, one or more chains act as the conveying element and it can convey material multi-dimensionally at a time. The conveyor adapts it arrangement to any local condition.

A small series chains are available from 1/2" pitch to 3"P in single and multiple strand and duly fitted with various types of standard and special type attachment to suit customer applications.

The redler chains are used for scraps and conveying application for conveying dry and free flowing and non abrasive material and the same are available in single and double strand.

The slat bent chains are manufactured from 1"wide to 72"wide manufactured out of M.S. Galvanized, and stainless steel material in different gauges to suit to customer specifications we also manufacture this item in plastic.

Used to lift goods in industrial applications, our leaf chains are available in different pitches. The pitches range from 3/8" pitch to 2" pitch in different width and lacing. The specifications can also be customized as per the requirements of the customers.

Crank design chains are available and manufactured out of special high grade alloy steel material, stainless steel material, malleable cast iron material and standard mild steel material to suit customers application.

The PIV chains are available to suit English, German and other make PIV units in laminated type and roller type to suit suitable size PIV conical discs.

Industrial belt conveyor is basically a conveyor consisting of two or more pulleys that have a continuous loop of material that rotates about them. Either one or both pulleys are powered and the belt moves along with the materials on the belt.

Conveyor idlers are used to carry or convey conveyor belt loaded with bulk material. These idlers are fabricated from different materials such as heavy guage steel tubing or ERW/Seamless steel tubing, depending upon the requirement and their applications. The pulley of the idlers are fitted on deep groove ball bearings and are provided with labyrinth seals to insulate them from dusts etc. These idlers are specially designed to provide smooth transition of bulk material for long period of time.

Troughing idlers are use for conveying bulk materials, and are designed and manufactured with Troughing angels of 20^o and 30^o normally. Idlers of 450^o trough angle or any other angle are also manufactured as per customer's design and drawings. We can also design manufacture and supply 5 rollers type idlers. Mounting brackets are manufactured out of standard steel sections to have rigidity and stability of the frame. Shafts are manufactured out of Carbon steel bright steel bars suitable for any torsional load and bending movement.

Rubber disc idlers are known as Impact Idler fitted with rubber rings made from natural / Synthetic / Neoprint material. The fixing arrangement and dimension of rings are suitably design for easy replacement and interchangeability which protect the belt by absorbing impact at loading point. The troughing angle is 20^o or 30^o

Return belt idlers are suitably designed to support the return belt to avoid sagging.

Troughing training idlers are provided with guide rollers suitably designed to ensure the proper alignment of belt and automatically trains the belt from misalignment and protect the belt edges from wear and tear.

Return belt Idlers are used for wet and sticky material.

Flat belt training idlers automatically trains the belt from misalignment and protect the belt edges from damages caused by the same. The action is positive for belt operations.

Conveyor pulleys are manufactured out of heavy gauge steel tubing, best quality ERw/seamless steel tubes and rolled plates duly fitted with carbon steel single piece shafts suitable for torsional load covered with two side of welded plates and heavy hub to suit the shaft dia. The pulleys are rubber lagged with natural synthetic / neoprint material with and without herringbone groove.
