Rolling mill rolls for the 1st stage, i.e. Roughing stand, followed by intermediate stands & finishing stands can be offered, as per the client's requirement.

1. Forged Rolls
   These Can Be Offered In EN 8, EN 9, EN 19, EN 24, EN 31, EN 42.
2. Cast Iron Chilled Rolls
   Chilled Rolls, Further Categorised As Double Poured Definite Chilled As Well As Indefinite Chilled Rolls Can Be Offered In Solid Form.

While definite chilled rolls have a high hardness layer of white cast iron at the surface for fine surface finish, indefinite chilled rolls are cast high nickel grain rolls with fine deposits of graphite on the surface.

Indefinite chilled rolls applications include plate intermediate finishing, strip & bar finishing, spring flat finishing, plate & strip finishing.

Definite chilled rolls applications include wire rod & bar finishing.

The hardness of double poured chilled rolls & indefinite chilled rolls can be offered in 55 - 75 shore hardness.

Chilled rolls with shaft & barrel can also be offered.

The steel shafts are fitted in the Barrels with shrink fitting technology along with M.S. lock nuts on both sides of the barrels. This method annihilates the chances of loosening the shafts.

3. Adamite Rolls
   Adamite Rolls, mainly composed of pearlite with some cementite in the structure are stronger than cast iron rolls & harder than other steel rolls. The inner hardness in adamite rolls is about the same as that on the surface. These are classified as alloy steel rolls. The varied application of adamite rolls include plate intermediate rolling, section roughing mills, section intermediate & finish rolling, special section finishing.
4. Spheroidal Graphite Iron Rolls
   These rolls familiarly called as SG Iron rolls are superior in wear resistance to that of cast steel rolls. These rolls are specially adapted for roughing & intermediate plate mills & rod / bar mill roughers. SG Iron rolls are furthere classified in 2 categories,

A). Pearlitic Rolls With Shore Hardness Ranging From 45 - 65 Which Are Ideally Suited For Small Sections & Flat Rolling & At Times, For Heavily Roughing Stand

B). Accicular with shore hardness ranging from 65 - 75. These are ideally suited for heavier sections & depth of hardness is required.

The refractory bricks ( bottom pouring sets, tundish tiles, laddle sleeves, laddle nozzles, fire bricks, fire tiles, taper bricks, insulation bricks, magnesite chrome bricks, etc) can be offered various grades, i.e IS 6, IS 8, High Alumina ( 50 %, 60% & 70 %).

RAMMING MASS: Acidic Ramming Mass is used in the lining of induction furnaces. Quality of Acidic Ramming mass is directly related to the heating performance of the furnaces. Better quality of lining results in the smooth working of furnaces, optimum output and better metallurgical control. It is manufactured under strict supervision of qualified & highly experienced work force. Proper check is exercised on magnetic process to assure iron free material and to assure proper composition of granules according to furnace capacity. The granulation of the mix are optimized keeping in view the furnace make and capacity, thus giving maximum and best results. It is characterized by thermal stability, corrosion resistance and wear resistance because it contains less binders, fire clay and moisture compared to plastic refractories.

The granulation for the ramming mass is always done based on the furnace capacity & suitable upto apprx. 1700 deg ^C with a purity of min. 98 .5 %.

Ramming Mass offered is in 3 variants, SNOW WHITE, SUPER SNOW WHITE & PRE-MIXED RAMMING MASS WITH BORIC ACID.

Hydraulic Bailing Presses Can Be Offered For Scrap Bundling In 3 Variants,
